Announcing: Local IT Professionals Receive JAMF Pro Certifications From Apple

The Colorado Computer Support team is pleased to announce that several of their dynamic IT Specialists are officially certified in JAMF Pro for Mac support as of September 1^st, 2017. This certification is a big deal for the local IT professionals who work to reliably support countless Mac users across the state.

JAMF Certification offers in-depth training for IT professionals, on how to masterfully handle Mac-specific issues including:

• Strategic encryption,
• Maintaining settings compliance,
• Implementing management commands,
• Navigating restricted software,
• Timely OS updates, and
• Managing security settings with programs and features such as iCloud, Network Configuration and network updates & patches.

Colorado Computer Support is also part of the Apple consultants network – one of the only certified Apple consultants south of Denver. Having multiple JAMF-Certified team members will help CCS provide a much higher level of support and responsiveness to clients using Apple products. Eventually, CCS hopes to be certified as an official JAMF Pro Re-seller, in an effort to more easily connect both new and existing clients with the latest business innovations from Apple.
